This is deep dark chocolate bark with a variety of organic toppings.  The sweet-topped barks contain 70% cocoa and the fruit and nut barks contain 62% cocoa. 
The dried cherries are the same excellent cherries we use for our delicious cookies. The dried apricots are not those dry rubbery apricots that you usually see. Ours are plump Turkish dried apricots (cut into chunks) carried by our local Zupan's market. They are truly the best. 
The vegan mini candy toppings are pleasingly the closest thing to M&M's I have been able to find. They're really good, with NO weird vegan aftertaste. Made in Canada. 

All of our nuts and dried fruits  are organic, of course, as is everything else.
 
Our chocolate is imported from Italy and is the best April has ever tasted, the same chocolate we use for our decadent fudge. 
 
Our bark does not have to be refrigerated, but we think it's better if it is.
